This winter thousands and thousands of Mortgage Women will seek out the November/
December issue of Mortgage Women Magazine to get comprehensive information about
companies that do an exemplary job of advancing women and helping employees balance
work and family. As the competition for the best employees intensifies among companies, being named one of Mortgage Women Magazine’s 50 Best Companies for Mortgage
Women to work will be a valuable recruiting and retention tool. Your participation will
also help you to see how your company compares to the hundreds of others that apply.
We will celebrate the way companies support their mortgage women employees and will
publicize the progressive policies and programs that can help other organizations succeed as well. The Mortgage Women Magazine’s 50 Best Companies raises the awareness
of the issues mortgage women face in the workplace and encourages implementation of
programs to address those issues. By asking companies to track employee usage of programs, we focus attention on achieving measurable results.
All companies that apply, including those that do not make the Mortgage Women Magazine’s 50 Best Companies, will receive feedback showing how they compared to all other
applicants. The winning companies will be featured in the November/December 2017
issue of Mortgage Women Magazine. Every year, we expect the 50 Best Companies issue
to gain national attention and will be sought out by thousands of Mortgage Women eager
to learn which companies are meeting their needs. The winning companies are also invited to celebrate with Mortgage Women Magazine at the MBA Summit on Diversity and
Inclusion that will be held December 4-5, 2017, in Washington, DC. Above all, the
Mortgage Women Magazine’s 50 Best Companies shines a spotlight on companies that are the
employers of choice for the thousands of Mortgage Women determined to succeed.
